The peosecutor deem to this case dated on 13  December 2004 about 18.30 P.M. all three accused co-owned the said mathamphetamine of which on the list of category one drugs amount of 100,000 pills by net weight of  19,456.762 grams as the equivalent concentrated of 873.506 grams. In their possession and for sale. The incident occurred at unknown location of Bangyai precinct, Nonthaburi district. And, the other relavant location, Tal-deaw of Kang-koy precinct, Saraburi district. According to the said dated and time concerned the police officers arrested those three accused with the said methamphetamine packed inside the handled blue bag. Of which these three accused cooperated as the instrument used for container of such drug, and they had also held two mobile phones as the seized evidences . These seized evidence were kept by police officer. Let the punishment be on drug code laws enacted on 1979 , articles 32. 33. 83, forfeited all alleged evidences assets.
